Rahman busy with Tamil, Telugu films

Actor Rahman who got a super hit in Malayalam through Traffic this year joined the sets of Tamil film Vanden Vendran. Rahman is doing the role of a tough police officer in this film along with Jeeva. Rahman signed two telugu films also one with Balakrishna and another one with junior NTR. He will join another tamil-malayalam film directed by G Kamaraj after finishing telugu films. Rahman's Telugu film with Balakrishna will start shooting on March 26 in Hyderabad. Lakshmi Rai and Saloni are the heroines. Paruchuri Murali is directing this untitled movie and M L Padmakumar Chowdhary is producing it on Sri Keerthi combines banner. This is Rahman's second film with Balakrishna. Last year they together acted in the Mega hit film Simha. Simha's director Boyapati Srinu has signed young tiger NTR for his next movie. Rahman also will be there with junior NTR after finishing Balakrishna picture. Alexander Vallabha is the producer of this film in which Shruti Haasan is the heroine. This film titled 'Dhammu' will shoot continuously for 15 days between April 1st and April 15th in Hyderabad. Rahman's malayalam films in progress are Musafir and Lavender.
